    Step 4: Planning & Strategy: We develop a customised organisation system tailored to your home and lifestyle.

    Step 5: Product Shopping: Curating high-quality, aesthetic storage solutions that meet your needs and align with your style.

    Step 6: On-Site Staging and Organisation: Hands-on organisation and staging to bring the vision to life. Depending on the size and needs of the project, this may be completed in a full day, over multiple days, or scheduled across a series of sessions.

    Once we’ve decluttered, organised, and implemented new streamlined systems, the hard part is done. Now we can help maintain order with our regular refresh maintenance sessions.

    What's Included:
    Labels: Updating labels to reflect changes in contents or categories.

    Filling and Folding: Filling, folding, and straightening items to maintain a polished and cohesive look. Making adjustments to previously created systems to ensure they remain functional and tailored to your evolving needs.

    Recommendations: Providing recommendations for ongoing upkeep to preserve the organisation and aesthetic.

    Follow-up: A brief follow-up to address any additional tweaks or queries after the service.

  • UNPACKING

    Let us take the stress out of your next move! Yes, a seamless and stress-free move is possible. Experience the luxury of having your belongings unpacked and your spaces thoughtfully organised to be both beautiful and functional from day one.


    Whats Included:
    Imagine stepping into your new home where every item is not only unpacked but also carefully organised to suit your lifestyle. We’ll set up your space so it feels like home from the moment you arrive, allowing you to fully enjoy the excitement of your new chapter.

    Please note:
    Packing services are not included. While we don’t handle box removal ourselves, we can coordinate with trusted companies to take care of any empty boxes or items you no longer need.

At Graceful Guidance, we help you prepare your property for sale through a considered, supportive process designed to maximise appeal, ease your workload, and create a welcoming environment for potential buyers.

    Our Preparing Homes for Sale service focuses on decluttering, organising, and creating a sense of flow and spaciousness, allowing buyers to see and feel the true potential of your home. We work alongside Property Stylists where needed, ensuring that everything unnecessary for the campaign is carefully packed away, creating a polished, elevated presentation.

    Whether you are still living in the home during the sale or have already moved out, our approach is tailored to suit your circumstances and goals — helping you move into the next chapter with less stress and greater clarity.


    This service includes:

    • In-home consultation to assess your space and goals
    • Tailored plan outlining the recommended steps to prepare your home for sale
    • Decluttering and releasing of unnecessary items (optional removal coordination available)
    • Organisation of all remaining items to create a clean, spacious feel
    • Assistance with packing away items not required for the campaign
    • Collaboration with your Property Stylist (if engaged) to align staging with the organisation plan
    • Light styling using your existing items where suitable (note: full property styling is coordinated separately)
    • Hands-on sessions scheduled according to the needs of your property (full days or multiple days if required)
    • Recommendations for storage solutions if needed during the sale period

    • Sourcing of packing materials or temporary storage solutions

We also work closely with Property Stylists to pack away any unnecessary items, ensuring your space looks polished and market-ready. Whether you need light touch-ups or a full reset, we tailor the process to suit your needs — helping you achieve the best possible sale outcome.

Unpacking & Organising

Moving house can be overwhelming. This package is designed to take the stress out of settling into your new home by helping you unpack, organise, and create a space that works for you. We’ll follow a structured process, providing tailored solutions and organising systems to make your new home feel functional and beautiful.

Refresh Maintenance

Once your space is organised, the key to maintaining it is regular upkeep. Our Refresh Maintenance Package is designed to keep your systems in place, tackle areas that may have become disorganised, and ensure your space remains functional and clutter-free.

    We will discuss your project in great detail. This is an opportunity for us to really understand your lifestyle as it relates to your organising goals and the functionality of your home

  • Step 2

    Book In
    After our meeting where we talk in depth about your project, we will send you a custom proposal & contract to sign. You will then be directed to pay a 50% deposit to secure your preferred dates.

  • Step 3

    The Project Begins
    Once the dates are secured we will plan internally what Graceful Guidance will do and how we will do it while you enjoy a luxury experience from start to finish.
