Shipping policy
At Graceful Guidance, we strive to ensure your order is dispatched promptly to reach you in a timely manner. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please note that during peak periods such as launch days or sales, there may be a slight delay in dispatch due to high order volumes.
While we aim to deliver within our estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or customs clearance may impact delivery schedules. Graceful Guidance cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to delayed delivery. If you have travel plans, we recommend allowing ample time for your order to arrive.
Our couriers may contact you via email or phone regarding your delivery. It is important to ensure you are reachable during this time. Graceful Guidance cannot accept responsibility for delays if you are unreachable. If your parcel is returned due to being uncontactable, return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value.
Missing Deliveries
Please designate a secure delivery location for your order. Graceful Guidance is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. If your parcel is missing upon delivery, please contact the courier for proof of delivery. Our shipping options include delivery to a secure place designated by you. If proof of delivery is provided and your parcel remains missing, please contact us at info@gracefulguidance.com for further assistance. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for parcels that have been confirmed as delivered. If a replacement is offered and accepted, it is not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and promptly contact our customer experience team. Exercise caution when opening packages, especially when using sharp instruments, to avoid causing further damage. Graceful Guidance cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during the opening process.
Please Note: We do not offer delivery to Military/APO addresses within Australia or worldwide.
